Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-09-13
This Privacy Policy describes how Grigorii Korepanov (“we”, “us”, “our”), an individual developer based in Argentina, handles information in connection with the mobile game Survival Angles (the “App”).
The App is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no servers of our own, so there is nothing for us to collect.
By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The short version
- We do not collect, receive, or store any personal information about you.
- The App has no login, no registration, and never asks for a name, email address, phone number, or date of birth.
- Your progress and settings are saved on your device and are never uploaded anywhere.
- There is no advertising, no third-party analytics, no crash-reporting service, and no tracking of any kind.
- The App makes no network requests of its own. It does not talk to any server operated by us or by anyone else in order to play.
2. Information we collect
None. We operate no servers, no databases, and no accounts in connection with the App, and we receive no data from it — not even anonymous usage statistics or crash reports.
Specifically, we do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or dates of birth
- Photos, videos, contacts, microphone or camera input, or files from your device
- Precise or approximate location
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android). The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS, because it does not track.
- Device identifiers, IP addresses, usage events, screen views, or session lengths
3. Data stored on your device
So that you can continue where you left off, the App keeps a small amount of game state in its private storage on the device:
- Save profiles — up to three separate campaigns, each with its story progress, unlocked books and upgrades, reputation, and achievements.
- Settings — music and sound-effect volume and the interface language.
These values describe the game, not you. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and they are removed when you uninstall the App. Starting a new game in a profile replaces only that profile’s save. The caches and technical files that iOS and Android create for every installed app also stay in the App’s private storage.
4. Device backups
If you have enabled iCloud Backup (iOS) or Google Backup (Android), your operating system may include the App’s saved data in those backups so that your progress survives reinstalling the App or moving to a new device. Those backups belong to you, live in your Apple or Google account, and are governed by Apple’s and Google’s respective privacy policies. We have no access to them.
5. Third parties
The App contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, no social network integrations, and no third-party content. It is built with the Unity engine; Unity’s data services — Unity Analytics, Cloud Diagnostics, Performance Reporting, Unity Ads, and Unity In-App Purchasing — are switched off and not used by the App. The engine and the fonts bundled with the App run entirely on your device and send nothing anywhere.
Android requires the App to declare the standard INTERNET permission, which the Unity engine adds to every build. The App does not use it to send your data: it makes no requests to servers operated by us or by third parties.
The only other parties involved are Apple and Google, who distribute the App through their stores. What they collect when you browse, download, or update apps is governed by their own privacy policies, and neither of them passes us your identity.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is a game for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in your country, so no parental consent is required for data collection. The App contains no advertising, no links out of the game, and no way to communicate with anyone outside the device.
If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please write to [email protected] and we will look into it, although in practice the App gives us no channel to receive such information.
7. Legal bases and your rights
For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom: we carry out no processing of personal data as a controller in connection with the App, so no legal basis under Article 6 GDPR is engaged. Data protection rights such as access, rectification, erasure, and portability are exercised directly on your device — the saves are yours, and uninstalling the App erases them.
For users in Argentina, the App is operated in compliance with Ley 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales. The responsible party is Grigorii Korepanov, reachable at [email protected].
For California residents: we do not collect, sell, or share personal information, including the personal information of minors under 16, and therefore have nothing to disclose or delete under the CCPA/CPRA.
8. Data retention
We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. Data created on your device is kept until you start a new game in that profile or uninstall the App.
9. Security
Saved games are stored in the private storage area that iOS and Android reserve for the App, protected by the operating system’s sandboxing and device encryption. Since nothing is transmitted, there is no data in transit to intercept. No system is perfectly secure, but the smallest attack surface is the one we chose: no network, no accounts, no servers.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the most recent revision, and the current version always lives at survivalangles.loovery.dev/privacy. Material changes — in particular any change to what the App stores or transmits — will be described in the App Store or Google Play release notes for the version that introduces them.
