Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Grigorii Korepanov (“we”, “us”, “our”), an individual developer based in Argentina, regarding the mobile game Survival Angles (the “App”).

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who may use the App

The App is a game for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of it.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and with the rules of the store you obtained it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).

3. Price and purchases

The price of the App, if any, is set and displayed by the store you obtain it from, in your local currency. Any payment connected with the App is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never receive your payment method or billing details. Refunds are granted by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us; write to us as well if something in the App was the reason.

4. Your progress

Your saved games — up to three profiles with story progress, unlocked books and upgrades, reputation, and achievements — are stored on your own device. There is no online account and no cloud copy kept by us, so we cannot access, restore, or transfer your progress.

Starting a new game in a profile replaces that profile’s save after you confirm it. Uninstalling the App, losing your device, or a factory reset removes your progress unless your device backup includes it. Upgrades chosen during an expedition last for that expedition only; this is part of the game’s design, not a loss of data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it;
  • Modify, distribute, resell, rent, or sublicense the App;
  • Extract, reuse, or redistribute the App’s artwork, music, sounds, story, text, or other assets outside the App;
  • Circumvent any paid access to the App or its content;
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that interferes with its operation.

6. Intellectual property

The App — including its source code, story, characters, dialogue, artwork, music, sounds, name, and icon — is owned by Grigorii Korepanov or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. “Survival Angles” is our game name and branding. The App is built with the Unity engine and uses third-party typefaces, including Spectral and Noto Sans CJK under the SIL Open Font License; those components remain the property of their authors and are used under their respective licences, which apply to those components only, not to the App as a whole.

7. Health and safety

  • Take regular breaks, especially during long sessions.
  • A small number of people may experience seizures or loss of awareness when exposed to flashing lights or patterns, which can appear in video games. If you or anyone in your family has a history of epilepsy or seizures, consult a doctor before playing, and stop immediately if you feel dizzy or unwell.
  • Set a comfortable volume; prolonged loud audio can damage hearing.
  • Don’t play in situations that need your attention, such as walking in traffic or driving.

8. Availability and changes to the App

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including features described on our website or in store listings. Updates may change how the App behaves, including game balance. We are not obliged to provide updates, support, or backwards compatibility with older devices or operating system versions.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will work on every device, or that saved games stored on your device will be preserved.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GRIGORII KOREPANOV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, SAVED PROGRESS, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR WITHIN IT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND FIVE U.S. DOLLARS (USD 5).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rules. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those places, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, which also deletes the progress stored on that device. We may terminate this licence if you materially breach these Terms. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the App changes. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the most recent revision, and the current version always lives at survivalangles.loovery.dev/terms. Material changes will be noted in the release notes of the version that introduces them. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept it.

13. Apple App Store

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

  • These Terms are concluded between you and Grigorii Korepanov only, not with Apple, and we alone are responsible for the App and its content;
  • Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App;
  • In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App;
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims of non-compliance with legal requirements, and claims under consumer protection or similar legislation;
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights;
  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Google Play

If you obtained the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. We distribute the App in accordance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings before your local courts. 16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
